By creating an account and using Newday, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Newday.
Newday is a productivity journalling tool that connects to third party services including HubSpot and Notion. We provide a free tier and a paid Pro tier at $12 per month. Features may change over time as the product develops.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before accessing the app. You must be at least 18 years old to use Newday. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use Newday for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, to upload malicious code or content, or to resell or redistribute the service without permission.
You retain ownership of the journal entries and tasks you create in Newday. By using the service, you grant us permission to process your content to provide the AI matching feature. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not share it with third parties except as required to provide the service.
Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly at $12 per month. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We aim to keep Newday available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted.
Newday is provided as is without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of Newday after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
